Processing Time
Each item is handmade from scratch. The current processing time is 5 to 7 days, with many designs being dispatched much sooner. Once the order is dispatched, you will be receive a confirmation of this.

Customer Ordering
If you have a doggo, a bunny, a teeny kitten or a super cuddly plus size purrkid, or if you would simply like to add sleeves to the short sleeve garment, we are always happy to assist.

Shipping and Delivery
We offer economy and tracked service on all Domestic orders (within UK), with orders over £45 being eligible for free delivery. 

International Tracked shipment is available and may take up to 10 days depending on the destination, with some orders taking longer during busy periods. 

Customers outside of UK, please note that it is the customers responsibility to pay for any incurred custom fees / taxes on international orders. This is outside of our control, and such will not be our responsibility.

Damages
If the product arrives damaged, please get in touch immediately to have this resolved.
As the fabric is made up of tightly knitted or woven fibers, wear and tear amongst pets, like with humans is normal, and we cannot assume responsibility for damages caused by wear and tear (this includes and is not limited to damages caused by licking, biting, clawing, etc).

Returns
Every garment is handmade to order, and therefore we are unable to accept returns at this time, but we will do our best to resolve the issue.
However, should you have concerns with your orders, or if an incorrect size was sent, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 
All returns / exchanges are at our discretion.

Aftercare
Never leave your pet unattended whilst wearing clothes or accessories. 
To remove stains, you can soak the garment overnight in diluted white vinegar.
Please hand wash the garment only at no higher than 30C and hang or lay flat to air dry. Should ironing be required, it is advisable to use low setting and ironed with the garment inside out. This is to ensure longevity of the product.
